I came across this great list from appetite for china with 100 Chinese Foods to Try Before you Die, and I think I may need to add a few of these items to my list to make myself.
Baby bok choy...Egg rolls...Fried rice...Crab Rangoons
But what in the world is fried milk? Wood ear? Ok, I think I draw the line at roast pigeon, but you get the picture.
Having not tried many of these things on this list makes me wonder.. Am I too sheltered in my food choices or do I just not expose myself to many exotic foods? And if so, how can I expose myself more? To exotic foods that is...not expose myself...nevermind.
