    1. Kitchen Aid Mixer
This is something that should be an absolute staple in every kitchen. The ease at which you can mix is just unbelievable. Every Christmas I am so excited to go home and use my mom's to bake the cookies with. Now if it only wasn't $400... Pioneer Woman always has a contest for them, and you better believe I will enter until I win!

    2. Silpat
Another amazing baking tool that I desperately want to add to my kitchen! Basically, nothing sticks to this thing. Which means that the cookie dough flattens as it cooks, making it just look soooo delicious and professional.

Anyone have a chocolate chip cookie I can have?

    3. Cutco Knives
I still remember when my parents got these knives for the first time. i was probably about 10 or 11 and my brother and I were told under no circumstances to use these knives unless our parents were present. Mainly because they are literally so sharp they can cut through a screw. Why would you need to cut a screw with a knife? You never know... but these babies are literally amazing. And a million times better than the Ikea brand I use now. I can't even cut a lemon.

    4. Le Cruset Dutch Oven:

Another item that I am constantly competing for on Pioneer Woman. When I first started reading her blog, I was so upset I couldn't make half of her recipes because I did not have a dutch oven. The great part about them is you can put the whole thing right in the oven! I eventually got a smaller, off-brand version, but it just isn't the same!

    5. Kitchen Aid Food Processor:

There are so many things I could make with this in a snap. Fresh salsa and guacamole, 400 different kinds of pesto, my own bread crumbs, marinades... the list goes on. Yes I could use a blender... but it isn't the same! (See a trend?)

    6. Cast Iron Skillet

The ultimate in cooking greatness. This pan is amazing. It is able to withstand high heat which makes it perfect for making things like fajitas. It also cooks your food evenly, and as we discovered last year, is perfect for a camp fire!

And with my birthday and christmas oh 8 months away.... looks like I won't be seeing these anytime soon!!! Boo!

Do you have any kitchen wish list items?!
