This time was a whole different experience. First, I didn't kill myself trying to do the moves. They came much more naturally, and I have to say I do not have any bruises... yet. Also, it was much more intense. We did many more spins that were a lot more difficult than what we did the first time, and honestly my arms and butt are killing me right now. Here are a few of the ones we tried...
I know you are all soooo disappointed that these aren't pictures of me doing these moves, but trust me, you are better off not seeing that. Although, I thought I was pretty good at the pin wheel and back hook!
All in all, I was sweaty and exhausted at the end of this workout. I couldn't feel my arms, in a good way this time! So I once again highly recommend this class, especially if you took it once and ended up like me. The second time is better!
