Anyways, back to movies!!! Yes, I have seen many movies this month, and I don't plan on slowing down. Some have been on my "100 Bags of Popcorn" list and others haven't, which is good. I like to keep as current as possible with movies, even though I will have to turn over my firstborn child to pay for them.
So the new movie I saw was No Strings Attached, with Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher. They play two old friends who are reunited and start a "friends with benefits" relationship, which you can only imagine makes one have romantic feelings for the other..and a rom-com ("romantic comedy"- for those non movie slag savvy) is formed.
Now I could sit here and tell you how much I loved the movie (which I did), and how refreshing it was that the female role didn't play some starry-eyed love stick puppy (which she didn't), but I have two friends who have already done this for me!
I went and saw the movie with my friend Lindsay, who offered her insight on the movie on her blog What's Shakin' in the Real World? Also, my crescent moon, beat-boxing sista Marielle just started a blog while she is in LA for grad school called Blarf, self described as "a lowbrow experiment in pop culture word vomit."
Both have done my review of this movie for me (thank you loves), but I can still recommend that everyone see it!
