Now I am not a huge scary movie person, but that is mostly because now a days movies tend to be a little more gory than then they were in the past. Me and blood were not meant to get along very well. Real, fake, doesn't matter. I saw the end of a True Blood episode the other night and almost tossed my cookies within 3 minutes. So one of the reasons I am able to watch The Sixth Sense and enjoy it is because there really is no blood. (I don't want to talk about when I am going to have to watch Silence of the Lambs.)
I don't think I have watched this movie since that time in my parents house. I can say 12 years later, this movie still creeps me out. Even after knowing what happens in the end (don't want to ruin it for the 6 people who haven't seen it), it is still pretty entertaining. However, because I know the twist, it made me look at movie in a whole different way. I kept looking at the interactions between the characters.
Loved the suspense. Still loved the twist. Loved Haley Joel Osmet. (By the way, still curious about what he is up to?)
